Refund Policy:

1. No Refund / Cancellation / Postponement / Exchange Policy for Registrations done on the SkillsConnect Website (www.skillsconnect.in )
2. By registering, you hereby agree to the Terms & Condition of SkillsConnect
3. Once the package is purchased fees for Annual Subscription and/or Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable and all the purchases and payments made are deemed final and non-refundable.
4. Payments done under One-time purchase and Subscription are Not Returnable and Non Refundable.
5. The product fee is non-transferable as we believe that you are making the registration/payment with complete awareness of the Terms & Conditions of Refund and Cancellation.
6. Once registration is done/order is placed, it is processed immediately; hence, once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled/transferred/refunded.
7. No refund will be made for any purchase done by users ‘by mistakenly’.
8. Any change in the product once registered/purchased cannot be made.
9. For services purchased will not gain any extension in terms of non-usability or negligence of the user.
10. Change of billing details cannot be done once the order is successfully placed.
11. If the user fails to avail of the services on the platform no refund will be provided.
12. Not with-standing this policy, any specific terms and conditions mentioned on individual product & service pages, and/or as agreed with a user before/during/after the transaction, will override the terms and conditions mentioned here in case of a conflict.
13. We may change our products & services, and associated terms & conditions (including terms and conditions on refund and cancellation), from time to time. You are advised to refer to our latest terms and conditions on this page and the associated product/service-specific terms and conditions page before making a purchase.
